Yunnan Province issues a family planning reward of 5% of the average monthly pension of the province in the previous year for enterprise retirees. In this case, there is a normal growth mechanism.

Fourth, a one-time payment of additional pension upon retirement.

For retirees from government agencies and public institutions, before the implementation of the pension insurance system reform in 2014, it was increased by 5% of their retirement salary.
