In fact, there are mature experiences abroad. Japan has an equal pension called the National Pension, which implements uniform contributions and uniform benefits. A monthly contribution of 15,900 yen, and after retirement, it is about 7.855 million yen per year. Of course, this is not absolute equality; Japan's National Pension requires 40 years of contributions, and if the contribution period is not met, it is reduced proportionally. In fact, this is our country's urban and rural resident endowment insurance system. As long as the payment is made for 15 years and reaches the age of 60, one can receive the national basic pension. The current national minimum standard for the basic pension is 103 yuan per month, and it will be increased to 123 yuan this year. If it were a fair pension for everyone, different places would not be able to arbitrarily raise the standard of the basic pension (Shanghai has already increased it to 1490 yuan). Actually, think about it, paying 100 yuan per year and receiving 123 yuan per month after retirement is actually very cost-effective.
However, what if the pension is not enough for old age? Enterprises and institutions will definitely seek other ways for their employees, that is, they will build a new pension on the basis of the same pension to improve the pension treatment level of the employees.
